Always good advice. Always caring.
Day respite care taken up (2 afternoons) was helpful. Abbie supported us as a family very well. You offered more support than mum needed so we jointly stood your care offer down.
Rapid response were our real saviors crisis points arose out-of-hours.
St. Peter's hospice response was pivotal in getting immediate medical assistance at an acute moment - just brilliant
Thank you all.
My father's view is that Hugh, his hospice nurse 'ticked all the boxes' and it was evident that he liked and trusted him. Dad was impressed by him actually.
From my point of view in caring for dad, I had really appreciated my own concerns for dad being heard well included in the thinking about dad's cared thought Hugh was very patient, reliable and professional in his manner. He always did what he said he would.
He had been swift and efficient in sending in the papers for dad's sudden admission to his nursing home.
I include my sister's name views too, which I agree with.
Thank you Hugh!
Everyone is friendly and very caring. The whole experience is well organised all staff are well informed regarding us as patients.
All care at day hospice is excellent standard.
The helpline is very often not answered.
The helpline when answered is not very understanding or helpful.
We have had excellent care and service from all the hospice staff and can not fault anyone or anything.
Thank you to everyone.
Everything was good people staff etc but this is a place I could be just me and have time to be understood.
Also for a change have a laugh not cry.
Thank you all so much.
looking forward to coming again.
