My father's view is that Hugh, his hospice nurse 'ticked all the boxes' and it was evident that he liked and trusted him. Dad was impressed by him actually. From my point of view in caring for dad, I had really appreciated my own concerns for dad being heard well included in the thinking about dad's cared thought Hugh was very patient, reliable and professional in his manner. He always did what he said he would. He had been swift and efficient in sending in the papers for dad's sudden admission to his nursing home. I include my sister's name views too, which I agree with. Thank you Hugh!
