I had and counselling sessions with Isabel. She put my experience and behavior against experiences of others she had counseled over the years. It gave me a lot of comforts that my intense feelings were normal and would get caster over time, but that I would have to go through it myself./nIsabel was a good fit for me.
Suggested improvements
I would have liked to my more interactive psychotherapy session but the time and days were inconvenient./nI would welcome any coping strategies hints and tips on top of the listening and feedback on how I was doing.

Kind and friendly nurses attending to mum in a personal and sometimes humerous manner. Making her feel comfortable and at ease.
