Review of St Peter's - Inpatient Team written by a family member
24th February 2021

The staff are all absolutely fantastic both to my son and all family and friends who visit, they are so kind, caring and go over board to make sure everything is done. All the nursing staff I have been so lovely, but Sarah Matchell has gone above board, she's amazing in my son.

Suggested improvements
Everything is done to perfection, nothing at all needs to be changed, nothing at all could fault.

Review of St Peter's PFS - Bereavement Services written by

All the staff were very good in caring for my wife. She was made very comfortable until her trial days. I myself was treated well and with compassion. I feel there is no improvement needed. I would like to mention Jo, ehavement counsellor who helped me greatly.

Review of St Peter's PFS - Emotional & Psychological Support written by

I received telephone counselling from trainee physotherapist, in connection with how my mum is coping with her cancer. I was able to talk in confidence, trust the person I know I was being heard. I was able to confide and receive useful info such as relevant websites. The lady always phoned on time and she really helped. Thank you!

Suggested improvements
In these unpresented times. I am not sure it could have been done much better. I hope the trainee was able to get something out of our conversations to help her with her ongoing training.
