The care and compassion shown by all member of staff on the ward (apply, bay B) was excellent not just to me but to everyone on the ward, including sitting with a disabled lady through the night.
Staffing levels seemed to be excellent - I have never seen so much time spent (and trouble taken with each of us).
The meals were good both in the choice and what was shown.
The doctors and pharmacists were also very kind and helpful.

Staff tried to gesture to me as I cannot lip-read or hear.
Some staff not patient with me and some were not gentle when moving me for a wash or bed change.
When the interpreter was here it was easier for me to understand everyone, and for them to understand me.
Staff were a good sense of humour but it has been very long days for me when no one can sign to talk to me.

Good care all round. Staff very helpful shame there is not more of them. Cleaner kept it nice and clean. Food was nice and plenty of it.

Staff amazing - however I feel that more effect should be made by staff to approach you daily for check in if appropriate.
I feel I was ignored on occasion, by staff saying "u OK" when walking pass me saying "no" and them carry on walking you could spend days without support - unless you approach and ask for time.
