Staff tried to gesture to me as I cannot lip-read or hear.
Some staff not patient with me and some were not gentle when moving me for a wash or bed change.
When the interpreter was here it was easier for me to understand everyone, and for them to understand me.
Staff were a good sense of humour but it has been very long days for me when no one can sign to talk to me.
