I didn't enjoy great care today - I enjoyed exceptional care! Sympathetic. Understanding. Appropriate and efficient in spite of huge demand on envices. A credit to the trust.

I saw many staff - nurses, doctor staff nurse, physiotherapist receptionists, triage etc and all were extremely helpful and attentive and professional in every way.

The low St Mary's is to be avoided. The chances of leaving in a box appear greater than in most other hospitals. The triage nurse could be used for first and rather than only basic assessments and winding aimlessly about the place looking officious. The receptionist was pleasantly lovely. An hour long wait for a five minute job.
