Everyone was very friendly. The whole process was quick and efficient. Elaine the nurse was kind, friendly and great at her job!

The doctors should finish seeing their patient before going home at 12.00. They have a duty of care.

Quite a long waiting time but the staff were fantastic. Everyone was very kind and sympathetic, even though they were all very very busy indeed. I could hear that some people were seriously ill, but DR Aitchison and all the staff were wonderful.
