Excellent care provided. Home visits meant a lot to me and made me feel valued. Staff very caring and friendly.

We try to offer consistency in staff attendance but it is challenging due to being a seven day a week service and staff rotating shifts. I am sorry you found the visits annoying due to staff changes. We will also give better directions.
