From the moment I was spoken to, I wasn't judged, shown respect and understanding. I genuinely can't praise the service enough. I do struggle daily with my mental health, but knowing that there is support and help means a big deal to me. I've just got to try and keep my end of the deal. That's the hardest part for me

I really like your service,you always take time to listen.I had positive experience under your care.I feel that counselling is a very important part of your service...lots of empathy goes a long way.

A person suffering with schizzoaffective disorder needs more therapy than medication itself.I have got a question is there a medication which you can take only when you have got psychotic manic,episodes for example?

I have just completed a course with [name removed], Assistant Psychologist, about Understanding Trauma. [name removed], my Key Worker worked with [name removed] to devise a suitable care strategy for me and i have to say I feel completely supported and safe in their care. I loved the course and found it invaluable and look forward to starting the next stage of my treatment plan with [name removed] to build my confidence. I have felt fully involved, considered and consulted by [name removed] and [name removed] and agree that confidence will help. I also agree that before embarking on the next stage of trauma therapy, I need to have had my baby, be safe and stable, so that it is the right step to take and not detrimental. I appreciate how hard it will be and am invested in doing it, once the time is right. I cannot recommend the course enough, [name removed] as a facilitator or [name removed] as a Key Worker. After a long time of feeling unsupported and scared for my psychiatric wellbeing, I am now working with a team who are fabulous and know where we're headed to go from strength to strength in my recovery. Thank you

Absolutely appalled by the care given no diagnos told to go private passed from one person to another , currently on waiting list for psychologist , told to call hub who then proceeded to say wait for my meds to kick in when had already told them I had taken several times before , I have suicidal thoughts which I have informed but don’t feel I would act on them as I would not leave my daughter .. also can I confirm just because I don’t self harm ie cut myself , my thoughts are a form of self harm , the whole service needs thoroughly looked into , can 100 per cent see why so many people end up dead !
