I do not know what my “culture” would be classed as so and unaware on how this service could be improved upon.

Service providers were all polite, courteous and caring. I felt listened to and things were explained to me in a clear and concise way. Very happy with the service overall.

Red kite discharged me with out even speaking to me even though it stated on my gp referral what I needed, my case was sent over to IAPT who contacted me and told me they cannot help me with problem I need help with I am still waiting for help after a second referral which has been made by my gp after 6 months, very disappointed in this service

Many times I have felt not listened too, you have lacked giving me the support I need. You have not taken me seriously, you have made me feel worse many times. Most staff do not understand my disorder or ways to support me.
Suggested improvements
In places I’ve been meant to kept safe like st Mary’s I’ve been let down and able to hurt myself many times and you just let me leave because I wasn’t ‘engaging enough’ of course I wasn’t engaging I was trying to kill myself. Ucat and the crisis team are especially the worst the do nothing to help they need to change completely
