I found it easy to speak with [name removed] and he was very patient and respectful, however he did say he would ring me to let me know what was going to happen and I've heard nothing since

All my needs we're met and I was treated respectfully by [name removed] who was very kind and thorough in her work
Some if the staff are amazing but others are absolutely shocking my daughter called myself and her Aunt in total distress where she was on loud speaker begging for a bowl of cereal or a slice of toast qnd staff were ignoring her and a female staff member was extremely rude to my daughter and If I never heard this nobody would of believed my daughter, no patient in a hospital should ever have to beg for food and be allowed to get into such a distressed state because they are hungry

Just excellent service all round! Very good nurse that I spoke to. Made me feel relaxed and no pressure.
Lack of funding, staff and big waiting lists is an issue however I was treated with care and respect by my key worker.
We are recruiting more staff which will lead to a reduction in the waiting lists and are happy that you were treated well by your keyworker. We are sorry for the delays at the start of your care
Excellent and fast service to have an implant fitted. Very professional and caring - thank you!
Friendly over the phone when I explained my worries and need to attend. Nurse seen on day friendly. Answered my questions and made sure I felt at ease.
Welcoming and friendly.

Generally very good however one incident that caused problems.
