Not have multiple nurses at the start under UCAT.

We understand that it is difficult to speak to different nurses when under UCAT, where possible we try to ensure that there is a consistent presence with staff. However, staff in UCAT work shifts which means at times certain staff will be unavailable.

I felt that I was really being listened to I was created with respect and understanding. I was very comfortable and was able to speak freely without fear of being judged.

I feel our care was centred around us and how our family works, so we could work at things at our own pace with no pressure.
Suggested improvements
We are very happy with how this care package went and we’re pleased to have moved forward with it. It’s the first time we’ve made any progress.
