My overall experience was good. There s always room for improvement. I am concerned that the depth of my procedure was not as thorough as I had anticipated.
Suggested improvements
Ask patients what they expect from procedure so they express what they understand, I was asked if I know why I am having procedure to which I said yes, I thought I did./nHe had a cancerous polyp removed last year I remain concerned about my health.

Timely treatment staff members are supportive and very kind handle my case with care and make me and informed me about my problem and help me to understand.
