My experience at this department was good. All the staff and doctor excellent was made to be felt at ease perfect.
Suggested improvements
I think a big improvement could be made in the assessment area where you change and wait for the procedure. Not very private sitting with other people in your gown.

Everything was explained to me thoroughly pre-procedure and staff made every effort to ensure I understood the process and that I was totally comfortable.
