The staff are incredibly friendly and remember personal details and information.
Anytime I have had a scheduling conflict they have fixed it efficiently and quickly.
I have rarely been seen later than 15 minutes after I was meant to, which for an NHS service is impressive.

Efficient, friendly, courteous.
All in all no change required to the care.
The chair I found not the most comfortable due to perianal fistulas, something softer would be nice.
