The IBD telephone line is still not on- which is unhelpful, particularly in emergency situation when you attend, however, staff always helpful.

Very warm and friendly approach to the care here. I was given tea and biscuits!
All of the staff without exception are brilliant.
The only improvement is that I would like to be able to rest my head more comfortably and 'drop off'!!
