All staff were very pleasant, welcoming and professional. Not having to wait too long. Procedures were explained clearly and all questions asked were responded to patiently, and in lay terms and necessary. I couldn't find fault with any of the staff I have met today. Now medical related, "Jan 17 I stayed a week (unexpectedly) - on an in patient I child needs the windows would really benefit from a good clean" Please include the receptionist in the counts.

Good care, consent process. Nurses very friendly. Endoscopy process little rushed. I understand why patients relatives are not allowed in but when language difficulty at patient's end it should be allowed to put patient at ease.

I was carefully listened to and was shown kindness - making me feel re-assured about my procedure. The only improvement and I have felt this for many years starting when my mother was in St Marks - is that the standard of English could and should be improved (not of course with everyone).
