All staff were very pleasant, welcoming and professional. Not having to wait too long. Procedures were explained clearly and all questions asked were responded to patiently, and in lay terms and necessary. I couldn't find fault with any of the staff I have met today. Now medical related, "Jan 17 I stayed a week (unexpectedly) - on an in patient I child needs the windows would really benefit from a good clean" Please include the receptionist in the counts.
