This episode of care in the endoscopy unit was one of the best I have received, at NWCH.
The nurses, doctors and all staff were extremely helpful, caring and compassionate.
I was given clear instructions about the procedures, and the aftercare to follow.
I have only one suggestion to put forward: A sign in the ladies toilers requesting hand towels not to be thrown in the toilet to prevent blocked toilets!
I would like to pass on my sincere thanks to all the team who took excellent care of me.

The nurses are friendly, efficient and good at letting you know what is going on. The ward is tired and could do with a spruce up or move to bigger facilities.

Lovely friendly staff. Made me as comfortable as possible in the circumstances. Things all explained in advance. A most interesting visit. I will tell people to go for blood screening.
