This episode of care in the endoscopy unit was one of the best I have received, at NWCH.
The nurses, doctors and all staff were extremely helpful, caring and compassionate.
I was given clear instructions about the procedures, and the aftercare to follow.
I have only one suggestion to put forward: A sign in the ladies toilers requesting hand towels not to be thrown in the toilet to prevent blocked toilets!
I would like to pass on my sincere thanks to all the team who took excellent care of me.
