All information clearly given and explained. All staff were wonderful. Kind, compassionate and understanding. Mr. Humphreys very gentle and extremely different service and explained everything.

In her pre-assessment telephone call, nurse Karen very clearly explained the endoscopy procedure and answered my questions./nThroughout the call Karen's demeanour was one of calm, kindness and good humour.

The nurse named Abeer called me a little later than first time as she took longer time with a patient she called before me. She was very polite, clear in her questions and in answers to my questions.
