I had good, individual care from all the medical professionals. I was treated with respect and consideration and the doctors/anaesthetists treated me as an intelligent person with a good sense of humour!!
Suggested improvements
I really cannot think of anything you could do better. What could be a very stressful experience is made bearable by fantastic St Mark's!!

After an initial { } it all went well I received a pre theatre admissions appointment which was not known by anyone in that department.
Suggested improvements
Attending the phantom appointment was quite annoying.

The staff were very kind and took there time explaining things./nFriendly and happy. Cleaning visible working non stop.

Think I was 'forgotten' after reporting to reception heard a nurse say I may not have arrived for my appointment, once this sorted out all went smoothly.
Suggested improvements
Keep patients regularly informed of timing for procedure.
