I had good, individual care from all the medical professionals. I was treated with respect and consideration and the doctors/anaesthetists treated me as an intelligent person with a good sense of humour!!
Suggested improvements
I really cannot think of anything you could do better. What could be a very stressful experience is made bearable by fantastic St Mark's!!
