Good communication.
Nurses and doctors explained everything very calmly and clearly asked me if I have any questions afterwards.
Friendly staffs.
Nice atmosphere in the team results given and explained to me immediately after the procedure and contact information if I have a problem.

I did not feel any pain at all and all the nurses were very respectful and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure.

* Good with communication ahead.
* Great pre-appointment call from Vicky.
* Clean and warm welcome from Zeny. Quite quick consent process, I was not 100% sure of the person's role- It proved to be the person whom the procedure.
* Painless and well explained during the procedure.
* Clean and friendly post- procedure process. : )

The care was delivered with extreme professionalism, kindness and expertise. Thank you for everything.
