* Good with communication ahead.
* Great pre-appointment call from Vicky.
* Clean and warm welcome from Zeny. Quite quick consent process, I was not 100% sure of the person's role- It proved to be the person whom the procedure.
* Painless and well explained during the procedure.
* Clean and friendly post- procedure process. : )
