More staff on at night when there is a crisis.
We all found in our room that 99% of the staff were great. But one day we were ringing and ringing the bell and non-one came to a long time.

Everybody cared and said attention to everything said to them and always ready to help if requested. Generally the staff on this ward are friendly and overall treatment has been 10 out of 10 for me. All the staff have empathy to their patients.
