I spent Thursday night on a trolley rather than in a bed.
It was very uncomfortable.

- Everyone was kind and they made me feel relaxed.
- I felt good, being looked after by 'an all female' team. Made me feel at ease. The team made up of Amy, Jasmine, Sheethal, Montse.
Professor Thomas- Gibson was just wonderful. Very approachable.' A Great Team'.

As this was my first colonoscopy I was nervous and anxious about the result.
But I need not have been, the staff made me feel relaxed and were very professional giving me all the necessary information I needed.
The attention to detail was excellent and nothing was overlooked, which gave me confidence that an excellent procedure was going to be given.
Although brain Saunders was doing the procedure we engaged in a conversation which took my mind off the treatment. Thank you all. First class.

Very good nurses - kind and considerate HCA's were also attentive.
Efficiency could be improved - but is not a major problem.
