Everything was explained thoroughly and which put me at ease. All the staff involved in carrying out the procedure were very good at explaining and making for a comfortable experience. A very professional team.
Suggested improvements
I understood the whole process from the preparation for the procedure which I personally found very clear. There is nothing I can add to simplify it. I suppose it would depend on individual interpretation of instructions and explanation of procedure.

My stay at St Mark,s Hospital has been excellent .
The staff are superb and put you at ease the moment
you are admitted.
The whole experience has been second to none.

The hard work and dedication of the whole staff has been exemplary this week.
The one area for improvement would be around communication. This is particularly important where one is told to expect something on a day but then is not kept informed of plans changed without having to be prompted to do so.

The care was amazing but the bay was very noisy there were very high dependency patients which made things difficult for the rest of us because of the noise and smell. But the doctors, nurses, HCAs, catering and cleaners were all amazing.
