Everything was explained thoroughly and which put me at ease. All the staff involved in carrying out the procedure were very good at explaining and making for a comfortable experience. A very professional team.
Suggested improvements
I understood the whole process from the preparation for the procedure which I personally found very clear. There is nothing I can add to simplify it. I suppose it would depend on individual interpretation of instructions and explanation of procedure.
