One thing I do not like is the waiting time because it took hours to operate the patient and the patient is badly in pain after the surgery the patient treated well. Excellent- thank you.

Most of the permanent nurses are cheering and helpful and do their best as much as they can like - Punam, Niji and Zeena.
They never hesitate. There are also some good HCA like - Gareth and Silvia these people are my stars.
Some things that need to be improved is time management like when one nurse is in break they should put someone in cover because I have to wait one and half hour even after ringing bell and my wet pants change to dry.

The nurses and HCA were very nice and helpful, especially the night shift staff.
I was subjected to a racist remark that I was not believed to be British despite having an NHS member and British passport, born and issued here my whole life. This was from the hospital admin team, who came to see me on the ward and asked for proof that I was not from overseas. I found this very rude and disrespectful.
