Most of the permanent nurses are cheering and helpful and do their best as much as they can like - Punam, Niji and Zeena.
They never hesitate. There are also some good HCA like - Gareth and Silvia these people are my stars.
Some things that need to be improved is time management like when one nurse is in break they should put someone in cover because I have to wait one and half hour even after ringing bell and my wet pants change to dry.
