Review of St. Lukes Brooklands - Community Team written by a patient
21st May 2015

This was an initial visit by care nurses and was both informative and friendly. All of our questions were answered. Nothing could be improved.

The whole package was very good. I do not see anything which could be improved.

Review of St Lukes Turnchapel - Lymphoedema written by a patient
21st May 2015

The staff were professional and efficient and also very kind, caring and friendly. It was easy to talk to them, they listened and "took on board" what I said. They were also very good when asked for advice or information. The premises were always clean and welcoming and comfortable, making it easy to relax for treatment. One problem - the parking at the clinic at Tavistock (the triangle centre) is very difficult and causes a lot of stress especially with limited mobility.

Review of St Lukes Brooklands - Crisis Team written by a family member
21st May 2015

Kim and Rosie arrived to my fathers home shortly after my father passed away in bed. They could not have been kinder to my mother, myself and partner. They involved us (at our request) in cleaning and dressing dad, maintaining dignity and respect at all times. A heart felt thanks to all your team... it is such a special and important service from very dedicated and caring staff.

Review of St Lukes Brooklands - Crisis Team written by a friend

The care was way beyond what Jenny thought would happen. "I didn't know such caring people existed" was Jenny's comment on the care that both Michael and her received.

. Friendly team. . Informative, all the way along the process, easy to understand. . Really good outcome from procedures. . Though, the nurses looked uncomfortable, working on their knees on the floor.
