I have experienced an ongoing difficulty with the present system of ordering sleeves from "daylong" using a doctors certificate/prescription. Twice the wrong size has been delivered.
The original system of supply worked much better.
The care is second to none and cannot be improved in any way.
I found the nurses extremely helpful and answered any questions that I asked.
I don't think there is anything that could be improved.
Everything was brilliant thanks.
Nothing is too much trouble for all the great staff I have been in contact with.
I feel you can't improve on perfection.
My time spent in St Lukes care has been lovely.
Thanks again.
All the'team' were equally efficient, so there was no 'preference'.
Everyone was so nice to St Lukes.
Also thanks to the pleasant reception and also for the reminder, nothing was too much trouble, thank you.
My treatment was excellent, staff great.
Excellent care and surroundings, very friendly atmosphere.
I telephoned for help at 16.50 on Bank Holiday Friday, our Macmillan nurse immeadiately put in place the Crisis Team and contacted the GP. The care and attention received by all cannot be complimented enough. They were more than wonderful and made some very frightening experiences more manageable with their support and reassurance. My husbands comment is 'what wonderful people I have met'. They cannot be thanked enough.
Care was good. All avenues explored to try to alleviate symptoms. Never felt I was a problem. However symptoms still persist despite massage, tapping etc. F/up appts have been arranged for 3 months instead of 6 mnths. Its a pity resources are not available to see sooner and for alleviating care to go on for longer because it does seem to help.
Without the help and support of mum last night and morning of her passing. I would not have been able to get through I am so very grateful for there help. So very kind and caring.
