I don't think anything could have been improved. The care attention consideration, rapid, communication etc. were all given - excellent. While I am calling in the 6 am as the care to my husband, he does feel the care we both had confidence and reassurance in the service provided.

On Thursday my husband and I had a visit from Zana and Kezzie. To me it felt wonderful to have their support and help. Zana talked to John in a very understanding manner and her care was superb. On Friday Zana and Laura came and again they were knowledgeable, very efficient and I no longer felt so isolated in my care of john who is so ill and difficult sometimes.

Paul and Lisa were both very kind and caring, I felt they really wanted to help me. They gave plenty of advice, asked relevant questions and engaged in a sympathetic yet professional manner. They made me feel very comfortable discussing my condition and gave several suggestions that may help improve my quality of life. I had been rather apprehensive about their visit but realise now that I enjoyed their visit.

Appointments on time.
Nurses were so helpful and kind, I shall miss coming in.
