Paul and Lisa were both very kind and caring, I felt they really wanted to help me. They gave plenty of advice, asked relevant questions and engaged in a sympathetic yet professional manner. They made me feel very comfortable discussing my condition and gave several suggestions that may help improve my quality of life. I had been rather apprehensive about their visit but realise now that I enjoyed their visit.
