Very pt, explained everything in full.
Right up until the end of my mother's life Martea, the co-ordinator of her care, was always looking for ways of helping her. This impressed me enormously and I will always be grateful for this.
Good.
My husband being allowed to stay with me.
Accommodation. Some staff were particularly caring. Visiting times being totally open. Food. Care generally. Voluntary staff are v.conscientious.
Could be improved.
Coffee could be hotter. Time to administer pain relief - once took 20 mins. Hand over notes from one shift to another.
- Appointments always on time.
- Clear explanations given.
- Nurse and reception staff all very friendly.
Very friendly and informative.
A big thanks from me.
Vickie was superb. I myself I am a revived S.R.N. I think everything to do with St. Lukes is so specially - I will be sorry not to be seeing her. That makes me sad.
Everything was good. Nothing could be improved.
Was really surprised has good it all went. Never dreamed it would work so well.
