The feeling of the building/room is wonderful.

The support supplied both to myself and my husband has been very good. My only request for improvement would be that if a member of staff cannot be present for a planned visit, they or someone on their behalf, ring the patient to let them know that they will not be coming.

My mother was treated with warmth, compassion and respect throughout. Debbie was very responsive and communication was excellent with both my mother and myself as her next of kin living a long distance away. Discussions and decisions were always done with everyone involved. The care mum received was exemplary, medication was tweaked quickly as her condition changed and support with changing GP, applying for Attendance Allowance etc was prompt and offered before it was asked for. Brilliant !

Personal attention from dedicated staff. Very structured methodology in determining likely cause and effect of treatment. Excellent and friendly all staff and service personnel.

The care the patient received was above and beyond anything I could of expected, I am not good at asking for help or putting on people but I was made to feel we deserved the help unconditionally! My goodness we were even fortunate enough to have Chantal and Nicholas with us when the patient passed, I know it's been said but we truly could not of done it without Catherine and all the carers who came here.

A wonderful amount of care and consideration was given through my appointment.
By all I saw Lisa who was the nurse today, completely made me feel at ease.
All on reception and lovely :-).

Met with lovely a lady Debbie Matehinsow who was extremely helpful supportive and reassuring. Also Annie occupational therapy - likewise.
Happy to know 24 hr supportive.
Nothing could be improved.
