My mother was treated with warmth, compassion and respect throughout. Debbie was very responsive and communication was excellent with both my mother and myself as her next of kin living a long distance away. Discussions and decisions were always done with everyone involved. The care mum received was exemplary, medication was tweaked quickly as her condition changed and support with changing GP, applying for Attendance Allowance etc was prompt and offered before it was asked for. Brilliant !
