The nurse was very gentle during my massage treatment and explained what she was doing on every step, the room was clean and I certainly felt a lot easier on the side which I'm getting treatment.

Care wasn't set up when dad came home. The care when it did arrive was inadequate. They were not trained in palliative care one even pulled dad by his arm to try and get him up. Feel dad was let down very badly.
