Wonderful to have such a caring member of the community team visit me in the comfort of my home.
Good to have the time discuss my medical history and treatment in full, and ask any questions.
I felt I was being treated as an individual with attention being paid to my particular circumstances.

Needed more help to overcome the feeling of loneliness. To be taken to different surroundings especially when found without any direct form of transport except a taxi with an uncaring and unsympathetic driver.

The care provided to my husband on Fri 16 Sept and Sat 17 Sept was exemplary. The nurses and HCA, Kessie and Abbie, could not have been kinder or more skilled. My husband died on Sat on but the team came quickly and treated patient so gently.

Treated me as an individual.Time spent discussing my case, very generous, felt really cared for.Change in medications really helped having contact was for community team and OOH is invaluable and great reassurance.

The appointment was quickly after referral at a convenient time to suit us.
Julie quickly put us at ease - really lovely lady.
She answered all questions and left us feeling well supported.She arranged OT assessment which is happening 3 days after her visit.First class service!
