Review of St Lukes Brooklands - Crisis Team written by a family member

All the care was excellent. The nurses were very professional as well as being understanding and very caring. Nothing could be improved as far as a family were concerned. Will never be able to thank you enough.

The care was of a very high standard. No improvements spring to mind. I've had an enjoyable stay, staff attitude and nothing is too much trouble.

Review of St Lukes Brooklands - Crisis Team written by a family member

Introduced on ward before home. Very caring, friendly and helpful. All nurses wonderful, efficient, caring and friendly - always happy to allow enough time to talk through all concerns/worries. Good advice given. Always ensured we knew we could call at any time and kept us updated re time of visits. I felt really supported and comfortable about ringing for assistance when needed.

Review of St Lukes Brooklands - Crisis Team written by a family member
20th July 2017

A really big thank you to the crisis teams that came to mum they were all sensitive people and are a prize to St Luke's. Again I need to mention another understanding member of you team, but alas I have forgotten her name she came out with "Nick" (who was also very nice!) she went above and beyond . She came to the care home, there she held my mums hand while we waited and when Dad found it too much she helped him and cared for him too!

Review of St Lukes Turnchapel - Medical Outpatients written by a family member

First you should I only ever send comments of this kind if we have received the highest possible levels of "service" and thanks to Kezzi this is what my family received from her. No words could ever express our appreciation for her help, knowledge, sensitivities and the support she has shown to us. She came and spoke to us but also LISTEN to the family taking time with all our questions. She explain everything she was going to do and then DID it right then. She did not rush and was so sensitive to my Dad's needs at that time. My personal memory will be how she helped mum with reducing her pain, (arranging for a GP to come to mum within 90 mins) from that point on till the day she passed mum was "comfortable" and I can never thank her enough for that.
