I received an outstanding amount of care and compassion. This can be a very scary process but I was put at ease from the start. Any question I had was fully explained so that I could understand. I felt that the people who visited me had my best interest at heart. And that my needs were the most important things to them. I would never be afraid to ask for any help or any queries should the need arise.

The reception staff were welcoming and informative.
Annabel in the clinic was professional, relaxing and very knowledgeable, very thorough with examining my arm, explaining the change since my previous visit and the future treatment.
She also answered questions clearly and calmly.
A well worth appointment.

This is my wife's third visit to St. Lukes. Nothing has changed from our first visit until now.
We were treated with the highest respect and care from the doctors, catering staff and kept fully informed at all times.

Nurses looked after my sister from the moment she arrived, very caring and friendly.
Nothing was ever a chore. They do what they can to make me comfortable and happy.

Staff were very prompt and efficient, could not do enough for myself.
All the tie I was at St Louis I felt very welcome.
