I received an outstanding amount of care and compassion. This can be a very scary process but I was put at ease from the start. Any question I had was fully explained so that I could understand. I felt that the people who visited me had my best interest at heart. And that my needs were the most important things to them. I would never be afraid to ask for any help or any queries should the need arise.
