I have been in need of some support since my diagnosis and at last I now feel I have some. Debbie spent some quality time with me, listened to what I had to say and offered good advice. She also sorted out my medication for me and made a real difference. Thank you.

The care was good when there were enough staff to cope with the work load but when the hospice is full of very ill patients the rate of staff to requirements is seriously locking. I waited almost 2 1/2 hours from request to receiving assistance with showing my husband. This was very upsetting for me seeing on time was the first time I had requested assistance with his care due to a rapid determination over a 24 hours period.

My wife's care has been of the highest standard we could have wished for, the dignity and caring of all the staff from the doctors to the catering nurses and care assistants has been first class. I am really pleased the way all the staff call us by our first names and we are allowed to call the staff and doctors by their first names.
