The care was good when there were enough staff to cope with the work load but when the hospice is full of very ill patients the rate of staff to requirements is seriously locking. I waited almost 2 1/2 hours from request to receiving assistance with showing my husband. This was very upsetting for me seeing on time was the first time I had requested assistance with his care due to a rapid determination over a 24 hours period.
