You did not have to wait ages to receive your treatment.
You cannot do better.
Its alright.
Enjoy coming here.
Just came here?
Nothing to improve excellent care and empathy.
1) All ' alarm' calls were responded to very quickly, day or night.
2) Minor point:- when I have medication, like all the various doges ' served' separated: This was not always done: maybe for time reasons or because its not generally required.
Nurses are fantastic and all the cleaners were good. But there is always one.
1. All actions were followed up and a plan put in place to make sure that all items requested will be delivered to my home address (good).
2. Items such as massages were offered and there was actual follow up (good).
3. A full overview of the hospice's offer was made soon after I was admitted (good).
Good points.
* I was listened to all the time. I never felt that I was overruled. There was always a conversation which was good.
Improvement (those involved?? - doctors and others on ward he thinks??)
* As regards discussions about care at home.
Those involved called and spoke to Kate.
I was presented with the conclusions from this conversation. I felt the need at that point to let people know that I wanted to be involved in the decision making conversation/process. From that point forward I was involved. I found it frustrating to have people decide things for me when I am still able to do it myself. I would have preferred to have been involved from the beginning. The outcome is completely fine.
