Good points. * I was listened to all the time. I never felt that I was overruled. There was always a conversation which was good. Improvement (those involved?? - doctors and others on ward he thinks??) * As regards discussions about care at home. Those involved called and spoke to Kate. I was presented with the conclusions from this conversation. I felt the need at that point to let people know that I wanted to be involved in the decision making conversation/process. From that point forward I was involved. I found it frustrating to have people decide things for me when I am still able to do it myself. I would have preferred to have been involved from the beginning. The outcome is completely fine.
