I was involved as an individual and a group. My time with the leaders of this group has been fantastic. I have learnt a lot, but would love to take part again next year, as I have only been diagnosed with COPD this year.
I cannot think of any improvements.

Felt that the care taken by my therapist was very good and professional.
Felt very relaxed afterwards in fact so relaxed I cancelled my appointment for 2 pm as I did not want to 'mar' my day.

Staff are very caring, polite and knowledgeable.
There is always a relaxed atmosphere and the surroundings are comfortable.
I’ve learned not to fear my symptoms and I’ve learned how to control them when I can. I have made friends.
This group was a lifetime for me and I would like to come again.

Cannot think of anything that could be improved.
Being collected and taken home is very helpful too means I am more likely to attend even if a bit under the weather.
Supposing how meeting other people for a project or course can make you feel better with friendly and helpful staff, it made joining in easier.

The care that I have received today was wonderful it is something that I have always wanted to do but not felt comfortable to ask.
All questions were answered fully and nothing was rushed. I have learnt absolutely loads and had a wonderful time.

Everything was good. You only had to ask and they would be there for you.
