St Helena, from the moment of referral, to my last session with Kaye have made the process comfortable and friendly. The building and all staff I've encountered have been friendly and welcoming. Kaye has been an excellent listener, giving me time when I needed it and pushing me to explore avenues I hadn't thought of.

I feel that the bereavement counselling is a fantastic service. I was treated with care and dignity and felt the whole experience was very beneficial. My counselor Kim Lock was brilliant and I can not praise her highly enough. Also the ladies on the receptions desk in Clacton were lovely and very helpful.
